From former Raider Brandon Sullivan:
The Raiders program helped me progress in my wrestling
career, but, more importantly, it provided me the opportunity
to meet friends who I am still very close with today.
I'm grateful to the coaches who volunteered their time
and efforts to make the program as successful as it is, and
giving me the chance to wrestle with some of the greatest
guys I've ever known.
Brandon's honors:
- CB West Wrestling Captain 2004
- Kingsbury Coaches Award
- PA All-Academic Team Honorable Mention 2004
- District 1 4th place finisher 2004
- Regional 6th place finisher 2004
- Bux-Mont champion 1996-97
- Ridley Christmas Classic Champion 2002, 2003

Wrestling is a natural sport
for youngsters--just go into your living room to see kids
wrestling each other for fun.
No matter your favorite sport, wrestling
will help you become a better athlete.
- Self-Discipline
It takes will and determination to get through tough practices.
- Self-Reliance
Out there on the mat, you're on your own.
- Self-Esteem
There's nothing like taking on a challenge and meeting it
to build confidence.
- Strength
Ounce for ounce, no athlete is
stronger than an experienced wrestler.
- Speed
Wrestling improves hand-eye coordination,
fine-tunes footwork and teaches split-second decision making.
- Sportsmanship
Each individual contributes to the match
score. Win for yourself AND the team.
Become a part of a winning
tradition.
Practices begin in November; matches begin in
December and run through the year-end Intramural and East Penn
League tournaments in mid-February.
- A Place for Everyone
Wrestlers compete against opponents their own size.
Even small kids can become big winners.
- Full-Body Conditioning
Our practices strengthen both upper AND lower body muscle
groups and develop agility, flexibility and balance.
- Personal Instruction
CB Raiders coaches give individual attention to all their
wrestlers, from novice to advanced. Each team features low
coach-to-wrestler ratios.
